White Belt (10th Kup) basic movement #1
4 Directional Punch (Sa Ju Siligi)


Start with the right foot moving into long stance.
The right foot only moves  backwards and forwards in long stance.
Right foot moves back into ready stance (joonbi).

Start the 2nd half with the left foot moving into long stance.
The left foot only moves backwards and forwards in long stance.



White Belt (10th Kup) basic movement # 2

Start with the left foot moving intohorse riding stance with double elbow strike to the rear with a shout (kiop).
Low section block (left side then right side)
Thumb side block (left side then right side)
High section block (left side then right side)
Double mid-section punch  (left side then right side)
Double high-section punch (left side then right side) + shout
